Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AeroStack mobile application or visiting aerostackapp.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Outdoor Hub LLC ("AeroStack," "we," "us," or "our").

You must be at least 13 years of age to use AeroStack. Users between 13 and 17 should obtain parental or guardian consent before using the Service.

Description of Service

AeroStack is a Travel Capital optimization app that helps you track credit card points and miles, monitor benefits, find award travel opportunities, and maximize the value of your loyalty program portfolios.

What AeroStack Does

• Tracks your credit card point balances and estimated values
• Monitors card benefit usage and expiration dates
• Surfaces award flight and hotel search via partner integrations
• Provides personalized travel optimization recommendations
• Delivers benefit expiration alerts and transfer bonus notifications
• Powers AI-assisted travel planning via third-party AI providers (with your consent)

What AeroStack Does Not Do

• Book or reserve flights, hotels, or other travel products
• Process payments or initiate bank transfers
• Guarantee point values, redemption rates, or award availability
• Act as a licensed financial advisor or investment advisor

Premium Subscription & Auto-Renewal

AeroStack offers a free tier and a Premium subscription with additional features. Premium is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Auto-Renewal

• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• During any free trial, your subscription will auto-renew at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Cancellation

• Manage or cancel at any time: iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → AeroStack
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple — AeroStack has no control over Apple's refund decisions.

Payment

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. AeroStack never sees, stores, or processes your payment card information.

Price Changes

If subscription prices change, we will notify you in advance through Apple's standard notification process. You may cancel before any new price takes effect.

Plaid Bank Connection

AeroStack's optional bank connection feature uses Plaid Inc. to read your bank account transaction data. By connecting a bank account, you also agree to Plaid's Terms of Service and End User Privacy Policy.

• We request read-only transaction access only
• AeroStack never initiates transfers or modifies your accounts
• Your bank username and password are handled directly by Plaid — AeroStack never sees them
• You may disconnect your bank account at any time in Settings
• Bank connection is a Premium feature requiring an active AeroStack Premium subscription

Affiliate Links & Commissions

AeroStack may display links to third-party services (including Expedia, Seats.aero, and others). Some of these are affiliate links through which AeroStack earns a small commission if you make a qualifying purchase.

Affiliate commissions are facilitated through CJ Affiliate (Commission Junction) and its network partners. Clicking an affiliate link and making a purchase is always your choice — there is no obligation to use affiliate links to access AeroStack features.

Acceptable Use

By using AeroStack, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Use the Service to transmit spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Service in a way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine you have violated these Terms, without notice or liability.

Intellectual Property

The AeroStack app, website, logo, brand name, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Outdoor Hub LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Service
• Modify, create derivative works of, or adapt any part of the Service
• Use any AeroStack trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
• Sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service

Your data remains yours. You retain all rights to the card data and information you enter into AeroStack. We claim no ownership over your personal information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AeroStack does not warrant that:

• Point values, transfer ratios, award availability, or benefit terms shown in the app are accurate, complete, or current — these change frequently and without notice
• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Any results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Information from third-party sources (award search engines, airline programs, hotel programs) is accurate or up to date

Travel prices, point values, and award availability are for informational purposes only. Point values fluctuate. AeroStack is not liable for booking errors, price changes, or point devaluations by card issuers or loyalty programs.

Limitation of Liability

This includes but is not limited to:

• Lost points, miles, or loyalty program benefits
• Missed award redemptions or booking opportunities
• Inaccurate point valuations or benefit estimates
• Data loss, unauthorized access, or service interruptions
• Decisions made based on information or recommendations from the Service

AeroStack's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $10 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@outdoorhubusa.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your written notice.

Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including California law.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• For material changes: notify you via email and/or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect
• For minor changes: update the Terms with reasonable notice

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
